at Harvest Hills Community Center.

Vote on the Budget for the year.

at Harvest Hills Community Center.

Community Center
The Harvest Hills Community Center has a
surveillance camera that video records the
Community Center,
24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Harvest Hills Community Center hours are:
Monday - Saturday 8 AM - 10 PM,
Closed Wednesdays 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM,
Open Sundays 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Closed to residents during scheduled private events.
The HH Community Center can be rented for family events such as
weddings, receptions, family reunions or birthday parties etc.
All resident families have a once-a-year free use of the
HH Community Centers main room.
$25.00 extra for kitchen use
$50.00 cleaning/damage deposit will be required, which
will be reimbursed upon satisfactory inspection.
Resident Rental of HH Community Center
$25.00 day for every event after the 1-time free use.
$25.00 a day, use of the kitchen
$50.00 cleaning/damage deposit will be required, which

Non-Resident Rental of the HH Community Center
$25.00 a day, use of the kitchen

This facility is located in the Community Center.
Pass code required to have access to the Workout Room

Dumpsters
Emptied on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Yard waste, tires, furniture and large appliances are not allowed.
Must be handled individually.
The trash service for
Harvest Hills, called Nov. 2nd, 2021 and stated they
absolutely will not take any more furniture of any kind
or they will not dump the trash, also stated that the
trash cannot be above the top of the dumpster and the dumpster
lid must be shut.
Harvest Hills Association
Our maintenance fee is currently $65.00 per month.
This fee is used for a large assortment of expenses:
such as trash pickup, lawn upkeep and tree trimming in common areas, equipment,
1 free use of Community per year, insurance, repairs, private road,
streets, sidewalks, lighting, and swimming pool.

in the drop box at the
Harvest Hills Office #195,
located above the community center.

Mailboxes
All residents have two mailboxes.
The locked upper box is for USPS mail,
and the open lower box is for
Harvest Hills internal communications.
If you lose your mailbox key, there is a $10.00 replacement fee.

Pets
Two dogs and/or cats are allowed per household according to
Independence city ordinances.
Dogs must be on a leash when outside the house or fenced yard.
Dogs must be walked in designated areas for toilet purposes.
Which is the outer side of the road.
Dogs are not allowed to go to the toilet on the "Green",
which is the inter side of the road.

Speed Limit
The speed limit in Harvest Hills Community is 15 mph.
We ask that the speed limit be strictly followed.
We have children crossing the street to get to the bus stop, people taking walks,
crossing the street to get mail, walking their dogs.
There is lots of activity on our roads in Harvest Hills Community.
PLEASE FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR COMMUNITY,
BE RESPECTFUL OF SPEED LIMIT LAWS
THEY ARE THERE FOR A REASON.
Storage Units
Harvest Hills Community owns 12 storage units.
Eight, 5x9 storage units that rent for $15.00 monthly,
four garage size, that rent for $40.00 monthly.
$50.00 Deposit
Payment options are 3,6, or 12 month
payments at a time.
Payments will be made directly to
Harvest Hills Association.
Check or Money Orders Only.
No Cash.
